General Care Instructions
Your products should last several years, if not longer, as long as you follow the recommended washing instructions. If you do not, cracking and peeling WILL occur and we will not replace your item. We have a no return policy unless your product arrives damaged and you contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After your garment is washed we can no longer provide refunds or replacements because there is no way for us to know if you followed the proper washing requirements. We are not Amazon, we are a family owned small business and cannot afford to take the loss for mistakes that were not our fault. We do everything we can on our end to ensure a quality product is sent that will last you years.

Bleach Dyed Tees Care Instructions
No two bleached tees will be the same. Each tee is hand-painted with love, there is no possible way to ensure that the tees will be done the same.
Bleach is messy and has a mind of its own.
We only bleach when it is sunny because it's the only time that the shirts will bleach the correct color. It's witchcraft. I can't explain it. Because we only have a limited amount of sunlight right now, the processing time for bleached shirts will vary. We pride ourselves in short turnaround times, so just keep in mind that we want your order out the door just as much as you do.
We recommend always washing your tee shirts before wearing them, especially if you have sensitive skin because we do use our own laundry detergent.
If you have any allergies to laundry detergent PLEASE let us know when you place your order so we can avoid using detergent.
Return Policies
Because our products are made to order, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges, nor do we offer refunds. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at houseofchin2020@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

TAT (Turn-Around Time)
All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at houseofchin2020@gmail.comwith your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
